Description

Description: Synopsis: The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations for the purchase and delivery of bulk road salt to the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital Hines, 5th and Roosevelt Road, Hines, Illinois 60141 as described in the requirement SOW/Specifications; Contractor will furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials and transportation to provide bulk road salt delivery services. Anticipated period of performance is October 01, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The resulting contract award will be firm fixed priced contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. Size standard is 500 employees, NAICS Code 327999. Offers are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the offeror representations and certifications commercial items.
