- The Office of General Counsel (OGC) Spring Coference will be held 24-May-2010 to 27-May-2010. Meeting room requirements: Sunday - Friday, office/storageMonday - Thursday, executive boardroom 1. Monday - 3 meeting rooms, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. a. Litigation seminar to accommodate 140. 4 small rooms, mock courtroom set up (design will be provided) b. Intellectual property seminar to accommodate 75, classroom style c. Environmental seminar to accommodate 100, classroom style 2. Tuesday - 8 meeting rooms (approx.) Command Day 3. Wednesday and Thursday a. General session, for 500. Classroom style, meeting times are 7:30 am - 12:00 pm b. Breakout sessions. 7 separate breakout rooms required, classroom style set up for 50 - 120. Meeting times are 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. c. IT Room Guest room accommodations:Prevailing Government Per Diem rate required for overnight accommodations. Approximate number of rooms required for attendees - 1. Sunday: 90 rooms 2. Monday: 170 rooms 3. Tuesday: 170 rooms 4. Wednesday: 170 rooms 5. Thursday: 80 rooms 6. Friday: Departure Food and Beverage Requirements:Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - 1. Early morning coffee station 7:00 am, cash concession wiht the following a. Coffee, tea and decaf b. Whole Fruit c. Danish d. Bottled Juice 2. Refresh for morning break for 500 people 3. Lunch cash concessions 4. PM break for 500 people, cash concession with the following a. Coffee, tea and decaf b. Soda c. Cookies and/or brownies Tuesday - 1.
