- Amendment 0001 to extend proposal due date to 16 Sep 09 at 4:00 PM CST. Additional amendment is forthcoming. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is FA4659-09-Q-0021; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. This acquisition is unrestricted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 562910. The business size standard is $13 MIL. This request for quotation consists of the following: non-personal services to provide emergency response support for oil spill clean-up as specified by Grand Forks AFB Facility Response Plan and 40 CFR 112.20. Additionally, the Contractor will be on-call and respond to any emergency call 24 hours per day, to include weekends (See RFQ). The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov and shall be considered for award.
