- The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001: Lodging accommodations to support 200 guests (100 rooms), queen size beds or better for two nights, 18 & 19 Sep 09; CLIN 0002: (1) Banquet/Conference room for 200 guests; Clin 0003: (4) Conference rooms to accommodate maximum capacity of 45 guests; Clin 0004: (2) rooms for 2-4 CREDO staff; Clin 0005: (1) room for five (5) guest speakers. Clin 0006: Audio visual equipment to include: (2) Proxima Projector, (2) 8 X10 Projector Screens, (1) Handheld Microphone, (1) Standard microphone; Clin 0007: Meal shall be provided for 200 guests in accordance with the performance work statement. The performance period is 18-20 September 2009. See Attached Statement of Work. Offerors shall submit a price per each CLIN item. Clin 0007 shall include pricing in accordance with days of service and meals specified.
