Special Notice RECOVERY- This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to the contractors under the existing Indefinite Delivery & Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services, GSA Great Lakes Region - Region 5. This notice is not a notice for solicitation or offers. Federal Plaza Restoration at the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building (JCK), Everett M. Dirksen Federal Courthouse (EMD), and the U.S. Post Office Loop Station (LPO) located in Chicago, Illinois 60604 Project Description: The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire a Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) for the Restoration of the Federal Plaza in Chicago, Illinois. The CMc will be responsible for providing preconstruction services, construction management services, and construction services for this project.
