Description

Atch 2 - ALPR Questions # 1 (1 Sep 09) PROPOSAL DUE DATE: The Proposal Due Date Has Been Changed to 4:30 PM ET on 10 September, 2009. SOLICITATION CHANGES 1.) DELETE: Delete the LaSalle Gate installation from the SOW. This gate will not have an ALPR installed at this time due to upcoming renovations. 2.) ADD: Add ALPR installation to cover the two(2) outbound lanes of the West (Armistead) Gate. ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS: Answers to Recent Questions Posed by Contractors Attending the Site Visit are shown at Attachment 2. Please provide the following with your proposals: 1.) Business Size and special designation if any (i.e. Woman-Owned SB, Service Disabled Vet SB, etc). 2.) Technical data for the system. 3.) Indicate whether your system utilizes a multiplexor to integrate all camera signals into one network input. 4.) Denote the type of interface used to connect to the base network, (i.e., Ethernet RJ-45, COAX, etc.). 5.) Indicate the connectivity speed of your system (i.e., 10 mbps, 100 mbps or 1000 mbps) 6.) Denote whether your system is IP based. If it is, please include how many IP addresses will be required per system. 7.) Describe what can be expected for bandwidth utilization for a traffic flow of 25K. 8.) Indicate where the main servers will be located.
