- RECOVERY -- This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the contractors under the Bureau of Land Management Alaska Hazmat Emergency Response IDIQ contracts. This is not a solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement for hazardous materials clean up to include a hazardous materials survey, clean up, removal and disposal in McGrath Alaska. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing IDIQ contract. These contracts were awarded under competitive procedures with the use of best value source selection. These contracts are L04PC90405 Wilder Construction, L04PC90404 Mactec Engineering, L04PC90406 Shannon & Wilson, and L04PC90403 Ecology & Environment. This task order will be firm fixed price. Detailed information, including specifications, will be included in the solicitation package. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 562910, size standard $7.0M. Offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.ccr.gov (Central Contractor Registration) to be eligible for award of any federal contact. Additionally, it is recommended for interested parties to register at www.orca.bpn.gov (Online Representations and Certifications Application). Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by resultant contract award(s) may utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror(s), will be required in any resultant contract. The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
