- ARRA Terms and Conditions RECOVERY - This procurement will be firm-fixed price and is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act [ARRA] of 2009 and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 dated 08/11/2009. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 and the small business size is 500 employees. The National Institute of Health, Office of Acquisitions, OLAO is seeking a Business to provide 1. AxioCam HRc Rev. 3 with FireWire Digical Camera (quantity 2 each); and 2. ViewSonic 22 Widescreen LCD Monitor (quantity 2 each) for the National Eye Institute. To be eligible for an award, offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at website http:www.ccr.gov. The selected offeror must comply with the following commercial item Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; Far 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, must be included with its offer; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, and 52.204-11, ARRA Reporting Requirements applies to this acquisition. Quotes shall be mailed to Terita Stevenson, 6011 Executive Blvd., Room 539C, Rockville, Maryland 20852. Offers must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM (EST), 9/14/09.
