Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). This opportunity is only available to contractors previously awarded contracts for work in response to Solicitation No. AG-04M3-S-09-0017. This project is to provide road maintenance and minor construction on approximately 6.6 miles of Malheur National Forest Road 31. Work includes grinding and/or scarification and grid rolling of a two-lane BST surface road, and reshaping or reconditioning of drainage ditches. The road suface shall have BST material mixed with existing road surface resulting in a smooth, compact, crowned or sloped to drain roadway. A negotiated task order is contemplated with award being made to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, equipment, materials and supplies required to complete the project on time and within schedule in compliance with drawings and specifications. The period of performance is estimated at 30 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed but may be adjusted based on date of award.
