Description

RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS BUILDING NO. 410-A SEISMIC MITIGATION LOCATED IN ADA COUNTY, IDAHO. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Information for Bids (IFB) ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for structural improvement to ceiling grid and lay-in tile, seismic mitigation of exterior and interior unreinforced CMU walls, removal and replacement of CMU infill walls with metal stud walls and stucco finish, and new exterior storefront doors and windows. The work is located at the National Interagency Fire Center, 2399 Robinson Ave. in Ada County, Idaho. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a standard size of $33.5M.The cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% HUBZone Set-aside.
