Description
Bobcat Bachoe 8811 attatchment and trailer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following identifies the functional requirements which meet the government’s requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The incorporated document and provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular _2005-14__. Solicitation Number _21093196WA739 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This action is not set aside for small business. This requirement is being synopsized as a full and open competitive acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System code 561710 and the small business standard is 500 employees. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. “SEE ATTATCHED DOCUMENTS FOR SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS.” Closing date of proposals is Friday, Sept 14, 2009, 3:15p.m. EST. Quotes may be F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Origin, freight prepaid. F.O.B. quotes must include shipping costs to be considered responsive. Contractors must have valid DUNS Numbers, and be registered with CCR. The following FAR Subpart 12 provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Sep 2006). FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) award will be made to the offeror(s) proposing the best value to the Government considering technical acceptability, past performance, price and delivery. FAR 52.252.2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998), 52.209-6, Protecting the Government’s Interest when Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment (Sep 2006), FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Sep 2005), FAR 52.232-33 Central Contractor Registration. The clause at 52.204-8 requires that each offeror complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://www.bpn.gov. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, including alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Nov 2006) with its quote, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (Sep 2005) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
