NSN 1560-01-464-4492, PR 0023484123, Fairing, Aircraft, used on the AH-64-D Longbow. Solicitation is for 46 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 154 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source is McDonnell Douglas, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-311150123-93. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is September 21, 2009 with a closing date of October 21, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
