- Amendment 0002: Answer questions. RECOVERY--The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract to furnish two hydraulic pump systems with structural steel support frames. Delivery will be to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Allegheny River, Lock 7, Kittanning, PA. This procurement is set aside for small business. The period of performance will be 18 months. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Invitation for Bid will be issued approximately August 18, 2009 on-line only through FedBizOpps; therefore, requests for hard copies of the specifications will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov. Once registered, vendors, plan rooms and printing companies will be able to download this solicitation on or after the above issue date.
