Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Columbia, SC(VISN 7), requires the rental of a block of seven (7) hotel rooms with 2queen beds for VA Hoptel Patients within a 5 mile radius of the medicalcenter from Sunday through Thursday nights each week. Hotel must beequipped with at least 1 handicapped room, complimentary breakfast, androom microwaves and refrigerators. The contract performance period shallbe a Base Year from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 with 1one-year Option to renew. This procurement is unrestricted for full andopen competition. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 721110 with astandard size of $7 million. The solicitation will be issued on orabout September 2, 2009.
