Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Columbia, SC(VISN 7), requires the rental of a block of seven (7) hotel rooms with 2queen beds for VA Hoptel Patients within a 5 mile radius of the medicalcenter from Sunday through Thursday nights each week. Hotel must beequipped with at least 1 handicapped room, complimentary breakfast, androom microwaves and refrigerators. Shuttle service must also beprovided. The contract performance period shall be a Base Year fromOctober 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 with 1 one-year Option torenew. This procurement is unrestricted for full and open competition.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 721110 with a standard size of $7million.
