- RECOVERY- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9128F-08-D-0002. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District (USACE Seattle) intends to issue task order three under competed contract number W9128F-08-D-0002 to Midland Surveying, Inc. USACE Seattle requires a survey of the Wynoochee River crossing with the total amount of survey points to not exceed 150. This survey data will be collected to analyze natural or man-made channel constriction.
