- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure the following on a sole source basis from Innova-Con Inc., 2521 Schieffelin Road, Suite 136, Apex, NC. Innova-Con has been identified as the only provider with COTS hardware designed to fully comply with the required data collections system. ITEM 0001: 5 each-p/n IC700-SFP-GPS, Solar GPS Flat-Pak PTT; ITEM 0002: 5 each-p/n IC951-BCAP3, Barrel\Gas Cap PTT w/out ant. (~3" Dia. White); ITEM 0003: 3 each- p/n IC750-FPEX-C1, Mini Flat-Pak PTT (Ext Pwr/Leads)(Cust Mod1); ITEM 0004: 6 each-p/n IC750-FPEX-C2, Mini Flat-Pak PTT (Ext Pwr/Leads)(Cust Mod2); ITEM 0005: 19 each-p/n R2-IC203-SP, Refurbished Slim-Pak PTT (3-Cell)-L2; ITEM 0006: 4 each-p/n R1-IC203-PP, Refurbished Power-Pak PTT (3-Cell) - L1; ITEM 0007: 7 each-p/n R2-IC203-PP, Refurbished Power-Pak PTT (3-Cell)-L2. NOTE: THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. FOB Destination, Dahlgren VA shall apply. Required delivery is 6 weeks ARO. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The quote number is N00178-09-Q-3069 and is a request for quote. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. A written request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 14 Sept 2009, no later than 2:00pm (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 28 Sept 2009. Quotes are encouraged to be submitted via EMAIL in Microsoft Word format to mary.ferreira@navy.mil or by FAX 540-653-6810. All quotes shall reference Quote number N00178-09-Q-3069.
