- Solicitation for Oxygen Generating System and Skids This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Solicitation number is W90WH9-09-T-0045. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005.32 and DFARs Change Notice (DNC) 2009-01-15. This acquisition is unrestricted. Joint Contracting Command-Iraq is soliciting for Oxygen Generating System and Skids. Potential offerors are to review the attached SF 1449 which includes the Requirements and Specifications, instructions to Offerors, Evaluation Criteria and applicable provisions and clauses. Questions may be submitted in writing regarding the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation by email. Questions will not be received after 5:00pm Baghdad, Iraq local time (1000EST) on 05 September 2009. Submit questions and send proposals to: Jill.Boese@iraq.centcom.mil. Proposals are due 10 September by 5:00pm Baghdad, Iraq local time (1000EST).
