Description

AMENDMENT 001 The purpose of the amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation is to provide answers to the questions submitted pertaining to this solicitation. Question 1. Does FDA want a site license and do you want a quote price for a license for a single site? Answer 1. FDA requires a government license and each publisher defines site differently. Although FDA is viewed as one library site, it is often treated as two sites (1) Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and Arkansas. Offerors are also informed that FDA has sites all over the world. Question 2. How many users? Answer 2. 3,000 Question 3. What is the number of full time employees (FTE)? Answer 3. 12,000 FTEs.
