- GSA's Integrated Workplace Acquisition Center (3QSA) is issuing the Solicitation on or about Sepetember 1, 2009, electronically only. The Schedule is entitled FSC 71, Furniture. This Solicitation number is 3QSA-JB-100001-B. This new Solicitation shall replace all FSC 71 Schedule which include Schedule 71, Part I - Office Furniture; Schedule 71 Part III, Section E - Security Furniture; and Schedule 71 Part II, Section H - Package Furniture. Special Item Numbers (SIN) 711-4 - Blueprint Filing Cabinets, 711-12 - System Type Tables and Accessories, 711-14 - Vertical Surface Attachment Panels and Accessories, 711-92 - Remanufactured Furniture, 71-202 Wall Units, 71-203 Loft Groups, 71-304 Lecterns, 71-305 - Library Furniture, 71-306 - Mail Sorting and Distribution Furniture, 71-308 - Cafeteria and Food Service Furniture, 71-312 - Hazardous Materials Storage, 71-317 - Chair, Convalescent, and 71-321 - Correctional Institution Furniture are 100% small business set-aside. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provided instructions for downloading the solicitation files. Search using Solicitation Number 3QSA-JB-100001-B (include the dashes). This solicitation includes clauses, which must be completed and returned by all offerors. Contracting questions should be directed to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous. Resultant contracts will be for five (5) years, with three (3) five (5) year options to your contract, for a total of twenty (20) years if performance is satisfactory. The options are not guaranteed. Some of the measurements of satisfactory performance will be such things as adequate sales, quality performance, and timely IFF payments. One of the most important evaluative factors will be participation in the GSA Advantage! Program. None of these options will be exercised unless your firm has posted its contract information to the GSA Advantage! Website. All offers received will have 6 months after award of a Federal Supply Schedule contract to submit their electronic catalog to GSA Advantage! website. All contracts will be indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts with $2500 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding provisions. We actively solicit offers from 8(a) firms for the products/services found under this MAS solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
