Description: The purpose of this Amendment #2 is to modify Synopsis/Solicitation Number RBJ00090004 as follows: 1. To extend the response date to Monday, September 7, 2009, 2:30 Pacific time. This extension is necessary to allow competition and is in the best interest of the Governement. 2. The set-aside has hereby been changed from "100% Native American" to now read "Total Small Business". 3. All other terms and conditions, to include the tenative start date of September 15, 2009, remains unchanged.
