- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Siemens Medical. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Medical for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for Five (5) Siemens Sequoia MedicalSystems, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the KANSAS CITY VA Medical Center, 4801 LINWOOD BOULEVARD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64128. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
