- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT FOR EXTERNAL ACCREDITATION SERVICES: HSCG23-10-I-PMG001 This is a Request for Information only. It is not a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) or an announcement of a solicitation. The Government is not requesting technical or management proposals and a contract will not be awarded as a result of this sources sought notice. The information provided will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice. If a solicitation is later released, it will be synopsized in FedBizOps. It is the potential business concerns responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. The USCG is seeking to identify qualified business concerns that are interested in and capable of providing contractor support services to obtain external accreditation services for a total of thirty-four Coast Guard Ambulatory Health Care Clinics located Coast Guard-wide in the United States. Services will include, but will not be limited to: providing advice and expertise; conducting surveys; providing written reports of each clinic survey based on established standards set forth in the contract organizations standards handbook; and providing certification documentation. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 813920 (Professional Organizations) with a small business size standard of $7M annually. Responses to this notice should be electronic and include: company name, address, point of contact, DUNS Number, size of business and socioeconomic status that is supported by a current registration status of active in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/contractors.aspx. In addition, please provide a capability statement that you currently provide to the commercial market and have the resources and experience necessary to provide this type of service.
