Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers undersolicitation number VA786-09-RP-0398 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and suppliesnecessary to furnish onsite inscription service for marble uprightheadstones to the Government for National Cemetery of the Alleghenies,Bridgeville, PA 15017 from 1 Oct 2009 through 30 September 2010 with 4one year options if exercised by the Government. All work shall beperformed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms andconditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside forService Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractorshall be required to deliver the completed product to the cemeterywithin ten (10) calendar days from the date the order was issued byMemorial Program Services (MPS). Evaluation criteria for this awardwill be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2)Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available fordownload from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around September 2, 2009.Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 16, 2009.Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendmentsto the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
