- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0584 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Defense Circular Number 20090825, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 334119. CLIN 0001: United Parachute Technologies Part #: V344 150/143: Vector parachute container 344 = the size the container is IE the sizes of the parachute will fit into it V344 = Vector container to accommodate 150 main parachutes and a 143 reserve parachutes.
