- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has a requirement for the software and maintenance as outlined below. This is only a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis; and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. The reference number for this requirement is 80AS07. It is the intent of the government to award this requirement to Analytical Graphics Inc. (AGI), the manufacturer and sole-provider of this software and maintenance. No vendors are authorized to resell this product on behalf of Analytical Graphics Inc. No other vendor is capable of supplying a product that meets the required form, fit, and function requirements of NGA at this time. BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION: The STK product is the only commercially available aerospace analysis tool that allows for modeling in a 3D environment. Item 1 Part Number: (STKforCMMA) Description: STKforCMMA - GDE, STK, HRE I-PE. QTY 10 EA. Item 2 Part Number: (STKforCMMA-UGA) Description: STKforCMMA Annual Support and Upgrade. QTY 10 EA. Delivery is FOB Destination to: NGA Washington Navy Yard 1200 First St. SE, Washington, DC 20303 Delivery is FOB Destination. Total cost shall also include any shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Vendors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification--Commercial Items, with their offer if ORCA Certifications have not been completed. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
