Description

The Scope of Work includes the repair of roof leaks due to the flawed architectural and installation of the five year old roofing system at the Pawnee Indian Health Center located in Pawnee, Oklahoma. The Contractor will correct transitions seams, metal flashing and EFIS which is causing the leaks in several areas. The Contractor will also correct drainage problems due to incorrect location of downspouts. The objective is to avoid building damage and moisture leaking behind the wall from ongoing roof leaks. A site visit will be required to determine the full extent of repairs necessary. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Norman, Oklahoma. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THE WORK.
