- PART D – CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, EXHIBITS OR ATTACHMENTS STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Software Support Services through Rochester Software Associates (RSA) Four support licenses for a period of 12 months. O1 Oct 2009 - 30 Sep 2010. 1.0INTRODUCTION Document duplication, conversion and electronic document management are core businesses that Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) provides to the Department of Defense. In performance of this function, maintenance software support services are required on government owned equipment as listed herein. 2.0SCOPE OF WORK Provide software support services for RSA software. This software currently resides on four Governments owned Xerox Electronic Duplicating Systems as outlined in Section B. The required software support services are outlined below. *Unlimited Technical Support - RSA is to provide technical support with configuration changes, questions or problems with data forms or commands. If a job is not printing properly, RSA is to review and resolve the issue via remote diagnostics. RSA is to provide 800 number. Prior 800 #1-800-689-3633 *Backup - Periodic backup of software and resources to perform a complete and accurate recovery, if necessary. *Software upgrades – All software updates to existing support system. *Unlimited training - Remote training for as many employees as necessary as often as needed. No additional fee for new employee training. 3.0DAPS LOCATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS – Note - Excluding Federal Holidays, normal working hours for DAPS facilities are Monday through Friday 0700-1530 hours 3.1Non-availability of Services - 3.1.1Non-availability of services (downtime), for any reason other than Federal Holidays, shall not occur. 3.1.2Unscheduled non-availability of services shall be corrected within 2-hours of each occurrence. 3.2Security - 3.2.1All contractor personnel provided government furnished computer access shall observe all local automated information security policies and procedures as provided by the DAPS information technology staff. 3.3Period of Performance – The Period of Performance shall be for a period of one year for the period 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010 3.3.1Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 0700 -1530 (or as specified in schedule) Weekends and Holidays excluded. 3.4Invoices and Other Documentation - 3.4.1Invoices for payment under this contract shall contain, as a minimum, the information described by the general provision dealing with Invoices. 3.4.2Supporting documentation for all amounts invoiced shall be maintained. Such documentation shall conform to commonly accepted accounting principles and shall include but not be limited to records of all direct and indirect expenses invoiced.
