Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9127S-09-T-0197. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quote. The procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830 - small business size standard is 100 employees. The Army Corps of Engineers is requesting quotes on 1 each, Trailer-Mounted Articulating 45 ft. Boom Lift, Bil-Jax model 4527A or equal. The offered product must comply with the attached specifications. The Contractor warrants the supplies furnished under this contract from defective parts and workmanship for one full year, and all specified major structural components for five (5) full years from the date of delivery. Vendor shall attach copy of warranty. DELIVERY: Delivery shall be made to the Russellville Project Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Attn: Greig Moe, 1598 Lock and Dam Road, Russellville, AR 72802 within 30 days ARO.
