- NSN: 1620-01-116-8553. Item: Manifold Assembly, P/N: 4202025-5. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This procurement is unrestricted and is sole source to Triumph Actuation System (Cage 33068). Any manufacturer, other than Triumph Actuation System (Cage 33068), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 60 each. The requested delivery schedule is 412 days after receipt of order. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. This item is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies to this NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price and ABVS score will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be September 11, 2009 with a closing date of October 13, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
