Description

REPLACE AIR HANDLER UNITS Recovery. This Notice if For Information Purposes Only. This is not a request for proposals and the opportunity is only available to the Region 7 2008 Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractors. This project is listed as a Design-Build effort, the purpose of which is to provide both design and construction services for the replacement of the Air Handling Units at the Post Office Building and Courthouse in Oklahoma City, OK (Building OK0046CT). The purpose of this project is to replace the Air Handling Units currently installed at the first floor mezzanine with those that are more energy efficient. This project will also eliminate the potential for water damage to tenant space immediately below the existing units.
