Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items, Tactical Radios Systems made with the following Part Numbers (P/N): Qty 4 P/N AN/PRC-152(V)2(C), Qty 4 P/N RF-300M-HV021, Qty 2 P/N RF-5051-PS001, Qty 4 P/N 10570-0716-A006, Qty 2 P/N 10513-0811-A050, Qty 2 P/N RF-3080-AT001, Qty 4 P/N RF-3183-AT006, Qty 2 P/N RF-292-02, Qty 4 P/N 10513-0812-A050, Qty 4 P/N12041-2100-02, Qty 2 P/N 12041-1030-01, Qty P/N 4 RF-5980-SA001, Qty 4 P/N 10535-0713-A009 and Qty 4 P/N 10535-0707-A009. This requirement is sole sourced Harris Corporation RF Communications Division, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610 as the only source to be able to provide these systems. These systems specifications are as follows: Dual redundant radio capability; dismounted pull-and-go capability; vehicular mounting capability with shock mounts in a 10"X10" area; GPS capability to provide location and timing information; 50 Watt VHF and SATCOM power output in the 30-512 MHz and 240-400MHz multiband frequency range respectively; crypto capability; SINCGARS, VULOS, HAVEQUICK I/II, HPW, MIL-STD-188-181B SATCOM capability; and they meet the military standards. These radio systems are able to interface with F35, F35 test platforms, F22, and F18s in all modes. Any firms believing that they can provide the Tactical Radio Systems, per the specified P/Ns, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
