- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, CECT-NWP-C, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97208 intends to issue a Request for Proposal No. W9127N-09-R-0076. To provide the following services for The Corps of Engineers, Portland District, (a.) One Primavera technician full-time for a period of six months to assist the Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with P2 data entry, project scheduling, and reporting; (b). one Primavera consultant on a part-time basis (estimated 40 hours per month), for a period of six months, to assist the Portland District with P2 data quality assurance, report writing, in-house training of USACE staff, scheduling, and planning and project control services; (c.) on an as-needed basis, in three month increments, full time technician(s) to assist the Portland District with P2 scheduling, reporting, and project control services; and (d.) on an as-needed basis, in three month increments, part-time (estimated 40 hours per month) consultants, to assist the Portland District with P2 data quality assurance, report writing, in-house training of USACE staff, scheduling, and planning and project control services. This contract will be awarded to one contractor using a best value source selection process. The Government will use a tradeoff process to determine award considering price and other factors. The Government may award to other than the lowest-priced or highest-rated offer. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about September 10, 2009. Tentative due date is October 8, 2009. Interested parties must be registered in Federal Business Opportunity (www.fbo.gov) to download the solicitation information.
