Description
The Government wishes to lease approximately 1,694 rentable square feet (RSF) of Class A or B office and related space which will yield approximately 1,475 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet. The space will be occupied by DOD-Office of the Inspector General, Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DOD-IG, DCIS). The space must be contiguous on one floor in an existing or leased construction building with a minimum setback of 50 feet and cannot be located on the ground or top floor of the building. Two (2) inside, secured parking spaces are also required within 2 blocks of the offered space. Space must be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Floors must be capable of supporting 4-8 safes, ranging from1,100 to 1,700 lbs. The lease will be for a 10 year, 5 year firm term. Subleases will not be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including adequate inside contract parking for 2 Government Vehicles. Buildings with parking below the building will not be considered. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Milwaukee, WI as follows: W: river S: E Clybourn Ave E: Lake Michigan shoreline N: E Juneau Ave Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. One-eight inch scale drawing of space offered. 3. Square footage offered. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
