- Description
- PWS The United States Air Force 711 Human Performance Systems Wing (711 HPW/PKA), plans to issue a sole source contract to Rohmann Services, Inc. (RSI) for the purpose of Hyperbaric Maintenance to be performed on the hyperbaric chambers located at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX and Brooks-City Base TX. The period of performance will be one year and the total number of hours will be 1300 hrs. The contractor shall perform services compatible with the medical facility's operating capacity and equipment. The contractor will perform duties to include inside attendant, maintenance, hyperbaric chamber/treatments, and support and safety inspections on the hyperbaric chambers and support equipment. The contractor will operate and assist with long-range planning and design of crucial hyperbaric chamber equipment, retrofit existing chambers for modernized equipment, perform critical new upgrades on aging chamber equipment and ensure optimum patient care during all phases of hyperbaric treatment. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
