- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Denver, CO The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,070 rentable square feet in Denver, CO within the following delineated area: North: E 56 Avenue; South: IH-70; East: Tower Road; West: Quebec Parkway. The space should yield 930 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The initial tenant is the Food and Drug Administration.
