THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YTZ-09-T-0194. This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Sonosite, INC. 21919 30th DR SE, Bothell, WA 98021-3904, who is the manufacturer of this product, for two Sonsite Mturbo 1.2 with 60 month warranties. Items must be brand name or equal to following requirements no exceptions or compatibilies will be made: Sonosite MTURBO 1.2 with 60 Month Warranties; M-Turbo Color Option Olympic Mist; EMED Package M-Turbo; Add DICOM PKG for M-Turbo; SiteLink Image Manager 4.1.0; C60X 5-2 MHZ Transducer Biopsy Compatible; L38X 10.5 MHZ Transducer Biopsy Compatible; P21X 5-1 MHZ Transducer Biopsy Compatible; Mobile Docking System Lite IT Support on DEM; Triple Transducer Connetc TTC with quick Disconnet, and two Sony UP 897 MD B&W Video Printer. The Soliciation number is W91YTZ-09-T-0194. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certification to clearly meet requirements stated above. Responses shall be submited via email no later than 31 August 2009 at 10:00 AM, and Company's Name, POC, DUNS Number; Cage Code and Solicitation number.
