Description

Solicitation Package 060-145-09 contains all instructions, forms and references needed to formulate an offer for this solicitation. Route #- 13681 Termini- Hammond, NY to Chippewa Bay, NY Response Deadline- 09/10/2009 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 10/01/2009 through 03/31/2013 This is a four year, regular, renewable, fixed price contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 8, 2/27/09 and Statement of Work 060-145-09. Prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in solicitation package 060-145-09 in order to formulate an offer. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled "FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED".
