- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FORPROPOSAL. The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center, 4100 E.Mississippi Ave, Glendale proposes to enter into a single award contractto provide radiology services for the Cheyenne VA medical center.Services shall be for a base period with four one-year pre-pricedoptions for renewal. The solicitation package should be available fordownload on or about 18 September 2009. The NAICS is 621512 and thesmall business size standard is $13.5M. This solicitation will be setaside for a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). Thecontractor will be required to perform radiological procedures/services,for the Cheyenne Veteran Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Cheyenne Wyoming.These radiological procedures/services include but are not limited tothe following: CT, Skull, Chest, Abdomen, Spine, Bone and Joint, GI, BE,GU, IVP, GB, Cholangiogram/T-Tube, tomograms, venograms, myelograms,Arthrograms, Chest Fluoro, Mammograms, Ultrasounds, Biopsies,Non-invasive vascular studies and Peripheral/Doppler Ultrasounds. Thecontractor shall provide on-site procedures, such as GI's BE's orbiopsies at least twice a week. The contractor shall have thecapability to respond to emergencies by phone within 15 minutes and beon site within 1 hour on any day of the year. The contractor shall alsoprovide clinical direction and be available to attend functions thatrequire the contractor's input. The contractor shall be available tothe VA for consultation, film interpretation, emergency procedures, 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Subcontracting to performthe requirements of this contract will not be allowed without theexpressed written permission of the Contracting Officer. The followingtechnical factors will be used to evaluate all offers/proposals:technical capability, past performance and price. No hard copies ofthe solicitation will be provided. All documents will be available inPDF format on this website. All responsible sources may submit aproposal which shall be considered by the VISN 19 office.
