Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Times Microwave Systems, Wallingford, CT for eight (8) Connector Plugs P/N AC4530, Eight (8) Connector Rcpts P/N AC4531, four (4) Connector Rcpts P/N AC4484, four (4) Connector Rcpts P/N AE15262-1, four (4) Connector Rcpts P/N AE15262-2, four (4) Connector Rcpts P/N AE15262-3, four (4) Connector Rcpts P/N AE15262-4, four (4) Connector Rcpts P/N AC5010, eight (8) Connector Rcpts P/N AC5011, four (4) Wrench Tool P/N 3190-1231, four (4) Wrench Tool P/N 3190-1382, eight (8) Wrench Tool P/N 3190-1234, and eight (8) Wrench Tool P/N 3190-1381 in support of the RF Components Test Set. The Government does not have the detailed data available for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
