Description
Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit only written quotations for F1WG29169A002. This solicitation, Replacement of Carpet and tile, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-31. The associated NAICS code is 442210 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 1) Carpet purchase: 7,374 Square ft. 2) Wallbase: 2,020 ft. 3) Ceramic purchase: 1,540 Square ft. 4) Carpet purchase: 21 Stairs total 5) Rubber tile purchase: 75 Square ft. 6) Tile purchase: 8 toilets total 7) Floor prep: 8,989 Square ft., 21 stairs and 8 toilets. 8) Carpet Install: 7,374 Square ft. 9) Wallbase Install: 2,020 ft. 10) Ceramic Install: 1,540 Square ft. 11) Carpet Stairs: 21 Stairs Total 12) Rubber Tile Install: 75 Square ft. 13) Carpet Removal: 6,200 Square ft. 14) Tile around toilets: 8 Total toilets 15) Floor Prep (Ex: Cleaning, sanding, leveling, scraping, etc.): 8,989 Square ft. AS SUCH, ALL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED BY CLAUSES 52.203-15, 52.204-11, AND 52.212-5, ALT. II ARE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO THIS RFQ may submit their proposal in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. proposal form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; companys complete mailing and remittance addresses; DUNS number; and Taxpayer Identification Number. Award will be made to the quoter offering the lowest price technically acceptable. Any questions regarding this solicitation MUST be submitted by email to the point of contact below. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), the prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the contractor does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT closing date of this solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered contractor. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling (888) 227-2423 or (269) 961-5757. EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS: Quotes/offers will be evaluated IAW 13.106-2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote/offer represents the best value in terms of technical (capability of item(s) offered to meet the government need), price, and past performance, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov and shall be considered for award.
