- Conference/lodging facility required December 14-18, 2009 in California, Texas, Florida, or Arizona within 30 miles of a major airport and with the following available: A. One (1) General Session room to accommodate 80-100 people 1. Working tables and chairs for 80-100 people 2. Wireless Internet Capability for 80-100 people 3. One (1) - Proxima or like LCD projector and screen that is clearly visible by 80-100 people and has wireless remote capabilities for forwarding/reversing Microsoft Office Power Point Slide Shows 4. One (1) - Podium with a Sound System and Microphone 5. One (1) - Wireless Sound System and 1 Lavaliere and Wireless Handheld Microphone or like system B. Two (2) Breakout rooms to accommodate 40-50 people each 1. Working tables and chairs in each room for 40-50 people 2. Wireless Internet capability for 40-50 people 3. One (1) - Proxima or like LCD projector and screen that is clearly visible by 40-50 people and has wireless remote capabilities for forwarding/reversing Microsoft Office Power Point Slide Shows in each Breakout Room C. One (1) Business Office/Meeting Room 1. Working Table and Chairs 2. Phones and US phone connectivity 3. Computer with Internet Access and/or Wireless Internet Access 4. Access to reproduction, fax, digital sending services D. One (1) Snack Area to accommodate 80-100 people. 1. Area may or may not be in the General Session Area; however replenishing the Snack Area should not interfere with the Conference being conducted in the General Session Area E. Beverages/light snack breaks shall be provided twice a day for three days (Dec 15-17) - once in morning and once in afternoon F. Conference/Breakout Room/Office Availability shall be from 7:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, December 14 - 18, 2009 G. Lodging shall be available onsite at a government rate for 100 conference attendees H. Free parking and free shuttle to/from Airport to the conference center/lodging destination shall be provided
