Description

RECOVERY - This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to the contractors under the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Region 5. This is not a notice for solicitation or offers. Lighting Replacement at the Jeffersonville Federal Center-Building 63 located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire construction services for the Jeffersonville Federal Center-Building 63 Lighting Replacement project. The project is focused on building lighting system affecting energy use. The Contractor shall remove 950 each T-12 “plug-in” florescent light fixtures recessed mounted in an existing ACT ceiling, to include all T-12 lamps. Serviceable clips and hangers shall be salvaged and reused as appropriate. The contractor will be responsible for disposing of all T-12 fixtures, bulbs and associated debris. The contractor will furnish and install 950 each T-8 “plug-in” fluorescent light fixtures to include all T-8 lamps, clips, and hangers into the existing ACT ceiling.
