- The solicitation number is F1S2AA9204A001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20090729. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 7690. NAICS is 423920 and the size standard is 100 employees. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following supplies: Line 1: Mouse Pads, Personalized, Logo furnished at contract award (QTY: 50 each) Line 2: 9" Frisbees, Personalized, Logo furnished at contract award (QTY: 1000 each) Line 3: Plastic fire hats, Personalized to read "EDWARDS AFB FIRE DEPT" (QTY: 2500 each) Line 4: Plastic Travel Mug, Personalized, Logo furnished at contract award (QTY: 250 each) Line 5: Oven Mitts, Personalized, Logo furnished at contract award (QTY: 1000 each) Line 6: Weebles, Personalized to read "EDWARDS AFB FIRE DEPT" (QTY: 1000 each) Line 7: Assorted Eraser Tops: Fire Dept related (QTY: 2500 each) Line 8: Pencil Sharpeners, Personalized to read "EDWARDS AFB FIRE DEPT" (QTY: 500 each) Line 9: 1-2 School Kit (QTY: 1000 each) Line 10: 3-4 School Kit (QTY: 1000 each) Line 11: 5-6 School Kit (QTY: 1000 each) Line 12: Delivery (Items must arrive at Edwards AFB before 30 Sept 2009) Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524).
