- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to solicit and negotiate, using simplified acquisition procedures, a sole source order with Jones Lang LaSalle, Washington, DC for the differential between daytime and night time cleaning services at DEA Headquarters. This action is in support of General Services Administration (GSA) Lease #GS-11B-01994 awarded to Jones Lang LaSalle. The Government anticipates the award of a twelve month firm-fixed price purchase order under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 531390 and the small business size standard is $2.0 Million. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
