- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0288 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on 24 Aug 2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular DCN20090115. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 336111 FSC S209 and the business size standard is not applicable. This procurement constitutes CLIN 0001 through 4001 Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 LAUNDRY CLENING SERVICE-FY10CLIN 1001 LAUNDRY CLENING SERVICE-FY11CLIN 2001 LAUNDRY CLENING SERVICE-FY12 CLIN 3001 LAUNDRY CLENING SERVICE-FY13CLIN 4001 LAUNDRY CLENING SERVICE-FY14 The Government shall consider award to the responsible offer, or which is/are the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-09-T-0288.
