Description

USDA/ Agricultural Research Service (ARS) intends to purchase, on a Sole Source basis from Proquest LLC., located at 789 East Eisenhower Parkway, PO Box 1346 Ann Arbor, MI 48108-3218. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), National Agricultural Library (NAL), requires electronic access via the internet for all USDA users to the Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Database and the Water Resources Abstracts Database. This electronic access includes perpetual data rights to all subscribed-to databases. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by ARS. The determination to sole source this requirement is solely at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
