Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Office (CGS) in Portland, Oregon has a requirement at Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge near Maricopa, California to peform a Cultural and Engineering Resources Analysis of a building on Refuge Land. METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT UNDER A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.Award will be made on a competitive basis as a "best value" award in accordance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.106-3 to a responsible small business responding to this solicitation. The criteria for award shall be stated in the solicitation.
