Wall & Associates, Inc.; W912LN-08-D-0007, Kenneth R. Adams, Inc.; W912LN-08-D-0008, P&S Construction, Inc.; W912LN-08-D-0010, Engineers Construction, Inc. Project Title: Repair/Upgrade HVAC and Electrical Systems in Wilderness Area Barracks to Current Building Standards. Project Number: 5200635 The Vermont Army National Guard has issued a task order to a VTNG MATOC contract holder to award a single, firm fixed-price task order for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete repairs and renovations of Wilderness barrack located and Camp Ethan Allen Training Site, Jericho, VT. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following principal items: Renovation to barracks building approximately 10,680 SF, to improve energy efficiency, health, life safety, and quality of life issues. The work will include building demolition as indicated, site work, concrete and masonry work, external finish insulation system, replacement of existing oil fired furnace and hot water system with new propane fired hydronic heat system and energy recovery ventilation system, electrical upgrades and lighting improvements, fire alarm and telecommunications upgrades, new standing seam metal roof. Interior finishes include painting, ceramic tile, carpet, and refinished concrete. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 320 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
