Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Healthcare Service Purchase Order for Radiology Reading & Interpretation Services for the Belcourt PHS, IHS Health Center in Belcourt, North Dakota. Contractor will provide interpretation of all films including diagnostic plain film, MRI ultrasound, and CT for the direct care of patients of the Quentin Burdick Hospital. Diagnostic plain film, CT, MRI and ultrasound will be sent via teleradiology system. The period of performance will be date of award through December 31, 2009. The Contractor shall perform according to the Scope of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. Requests for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) package, RFQ-09-144, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-09-144 and provide a postal mailing address or email address where the RFQ package can be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be September 3, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is September 10, 2009. This is a no set-aside request.
